Validated facts about systems, suppliers and processing are captured once and reused across assessments, the risk register, Article 30 RoPA and data mapping — so the same detail is never re-keyed for each output.
Nothing publishes into the Risk Register or RoPA without an explicit, named-reviewer approval. AI drafts and scores confidence; the legal determination stays with a person.
