How Acompli handles AI
AI drafts, people approve
Acompli's AI drafts, extracts, structures and flags — it does not approve anything. Every record, whether an assessment answer, a RoPA field or a risk finding, is reviewed and approved by a named person on your team before it stands. Evidence stays attached to the record it supports, and each approved assessment strengthens the knowledge base the next one draws on.
Where automation stops
Some decisions stay with people. AI suggestions are published only after human approval. Acompli does not provide legal advice — final legal calls belong to you and your advisers — and Customer Content is never used to train general-purpose models.
Data-handling commitments
Acompli does not use Customer Content to train its own general-purpose models, and does not sell personal data. Customer Content remains under the customer's rights; access is restricted and review activity is logged.
