The company says Vera uses a single-tenant architecture, six-stage prompt protection, no external data training, human review for every output and no action without user approval; it reports assessment completion 90% faster.
DataGrail was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Data Privacy Compliance Software 2025 Vendor Assessment, announced November 13, 2025, for the second consecutive year. IDC cited DSAR and consent automation, an extensive integration network, ease of use and customer success as strengths.

Veeam completed its approximately $1.725 billion acquisition of Securiti AI on 11 December 2025. Founder and CEO Rehan Jalil became Veeam's President of Security and AI, and approximately 600 Securiti employees joined Veeam.
In February 2026, Veeam launched Agent Commander, the first product announced following its Securiti acquisition, for detecting AI-agent risk, protecting AI systems and rolling back AI mistakes.
